Cancellations

At Shoot It Your Way, we like to keep things simple and transparent. If you change your mind within 7 days of booking, you can cancel for a full refund.

The balance of your order is due 4 weeks before your event day. If you paid in full at the time of your order or before the 4 week window and you need to cancel your booking, your funds will be returned less the initial deposit.

If you cancel within the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding day you forfeit the deposit and any monies paid toward the booking. There are no refunds for cancellations that are within 4 weeks of your event date.

Our Refund & Returns Policy

Deposits

A deposit of £150 is payable at the time of booking to secure your package for the date specified. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. After that period, the deposit is forfeited.

Full Payment

If the booking is made within 48 days of the event, the full package amount will be required instead of a deposit.

Payment Deadlines

If your booking falls outside the 45-day window, a deposit will secure the date, but the balance must be paid within 45 days of the event start date.

Refund Policy

Fees received for packages are not refundable if you cancel the rental within 45 days of the event. Otherwise, any funds received, less the deposit, will be returned to you within 7 days of the cancellation notice.
